Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pecq Le

This location might be ok at certain times of the day, but I went in at about 7:30 PM and was shocked by how rude the staff was and how old the ingredients were. The chicken was essentially jerky at that point, literally crunched when I ate it. I have a hard time believing it was fresh that day or even from the day before. Additionally, most of my lettuce almost entirely red from being old. Clearly some quality assurance issues at this location. Also Chipotle, don’t respond to this review to tell me my concern is heard and you will work to fix it. Just make sure your food is not old.

We came in with no one ahead of us, I said 4 bowls and 4 side tortillas, was willing to let the guy behind me go first since I had 4 and he had 1, and the lady working the line was rather short with me. When I got to the register I asked if they got the tortillas, and the line lady says she can get them, but I hadn't asked for them with an annoyed tone. I started my order saying I wanted 4 side tortillas. There was no need for the attitude. I work food service too, so I was willing to be patient, but I won't accept rudeness.
