Whataburger - Pearland

Don't visit this restaurant on your lunch break. It took more than 30 minutes to get my food. However, the food was delicious and fresh, and everything in my order was accurate. Just be prepared to wait if you decide to go!

The manager at this location is fantastic. After waiting 15 minutes for my order, I discovered it hadn't been prepared. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she quickly found out what happened and directed her team to make my order. She even brought it to me herself and included a pie as a gesture of goodwill. Her positive attitude and friendliness made my visit enjoyable. I really like coming to this Whataburger!

I ordered taquitos for my family and was disappointed to find that they were extremely small—only large enough for my 3-year-old. As a customer, I believe we deserve better quality than this. They were literally half the size of what you'd get at any other location. Just look at them next to the picante sauce for comparison. Very disappointing quality.

Waited almost 15 min for my food. I get home 2 miles away. My fries and burger were cold, my cheese was cold. Not even melted on the sandwich. Seemed as if the sandwich had been sitting there all day. Which I could understand if I had got my sandwich in10 seconds. But I waited 15 min AND my stuff was cold. I don't understand I'll never go back

What a great representation of the brand. Quick service, smiling faces, happy greetings, friendly chatting, spotless dining area, well stocked condiment/drink area. Our family truly enjoyed our meal in the dining room relaxing and watching the world goby. We will be back to visit this location. The staff at this location was 1st class all the way around.
