Subway - Pearland

The service was quick, the ingredients were fresh, and the staff was incredibly friendly.

I really enjoy Subway sandwiches. However, I found their menu board a bit confusing due to the introduction of their new special sandwiches. If you're looking for the classic favorites, you have to go to the end and search for them above the checkout area. Meanwhile, you feel pressured to choose one of the special sandwiches at the front to avoid holding up the line!

The only reason I order from this restaurant is that it’s the closest to my house. Unfortunately, the service has been terrible. They never get my order right, and it seems like the staff doesn’t know how to read the online orders properly.

Was an order online when my order arrived, it did not appear in the system. So I ordered the place where I paid, and when I checked my account, they charged the order they didn't take into account?

I have come to this restaurant several times and enjoyed their service. However, what I do not enjoy is coming to the restaurant well before closing hours and they are locked up like Ft. Knox.
