Smashburger - Pearland

We have come to this burger in the last two years. My son loves the burger. The service is always good until today. Husband ordered two burgers and a fried chicken wing, waited for an hour to order. We understand weekend nights can be busy, but an hour?! He asked three times during the hour and no one gave him any estimates. At the end of the hour there was hardly anyone in the store and he could see the chicken wings on the counter. Waited 10min and no one would pack it. There wasn't even an apology waiting for the hour. Don't you think? Come back.

Service was friendly and fast. Smash-Fries were fresh and delicious! The Smashburger was okay, but I feel like the bungalow that had to be better. It wasn't very tasteful or as soft as I want. I'm not sure they even roasted it, tbh and I miss the bread options they used to have. I feel like they've changed their flesh since they were bought and aren't as good as they were originally, but still a good Burger-Gang option.

My child loves the burger here. A little expensive compared to large chain food restaurants.

Smashburger always has delicious food. Your service is fast and efficient. The Silverlake site had a new makeover and the new designs and fittings look really fresh and clean. In addition to the main Burger menu, the side menu is also very delicious. I like the Brussels sprouts. They are delicious and I highly recommend them.

Just ordered the colorado burger and WOW! soooo good, fresh, and flavorful! the staff was also incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive! the sweet potato fries are not to be ignored either!! couldn?t recommend more highly : thanks for a great lunch!!
