Panera Bread - Pearland

I recently moved into this area and started to go to this Panera. My old location had a panera that was good so I got the Unlimited Sips membership. I canceled membership here after a while because this Panera has loaded Mango lemonade, which tastes like the syrup has gone bad. It literally tastes super mad and pampered enough to make me gag, and I tried 5 times to make sure it wasn't just that approach. Her pop also tastes strange, I tried 2-3 different types of pop here and I don’t know how to describe the taste, it tastes “dusty” is the best description I can think of. Have not tried the food here so can't check that.

Amber was super nice. But my order was wrong and the lemonade was bad. Here's a picture of my reception against what I received.

I made an online order for 4 sandwiches and 2 flat breads. The system should be ready in 50 minutes. Shown, checked for Curbside wait another 25 minutes. was asked that the order was not ready It was waiting for 10 minutes. And another lady asked if she was ready. I was then informed that it was ready to sit in the corner so I could eat a $100 worth of cold food. And the manager I talked to didn't mind.

I don't know if they're understated. I didn't get my discount, nor the recovery from the cash register. Asked a friend to enjoy the sip process and not get my deal. It is hard to find a good service in any Panera restaurant, as this is my fourth different location to try.

Ac is absolutely horrible and just skip the pick 2 deal when they scam you and charge $10 for the sandwhich and an extra $5 for the soup when the you pick 2 deal is $10.79And then when you tell the manager, they conveniently tell you their prices went up that day.
