Mcdonald's - Pearland

You have to place your order at the kiosk yourself. Despite there being many employees on a Saturday, the wait is long. It appears that employees try to avoid making eye contact with customers waiting for their orders. I ordered at the kiosk and was waiting for my drink, but it took a while for someone to notice me. Employees were seen being rude to each other in front of customers, even using profanity. The only reason I come here is for my children to play in the play area, but even that doesn't seem worth it anymore. My order was correct when it finally arrived.

Just be cautious with this restaurant. The food quality may vary. It is a good franchise with friendly staff. Unfortunately, my coffee was not very hot and a bit weak this time. The sausage had an odd smell on this occasion. Usually, everything is great! I don't usually have any complaints. They did quickly correct the issues when I brought them up.
