Five Guys - Pearland

Food was good except Hot Dog. gratitudes of the staff made one star. We missed a burger and it was anger to get him. Paid $86 for 4 burgers and a hot dog only to get attitude.

The cook was extremely rude and didn't let the staff know when our order was finished and let our order sit 30 minutes behind the counter. He was initially rude when he did after the first order we made online, we did not try to push someone and we simply do as the email confirmation told us to do AFTER the time it should be done. We had to make a second order to go. 30 minutes past and we just couldn't wait. We asked the cashier and they were completely unclear and said they never received an order with my name. They asked the cook and he totally ignored her. We didn't know what to do. I already paid my order. We showed them the confirmation and they recommended that I cancel and place the order again. We just wanted to go when the checkout found our order somewhere in the back. She was extremely apologetic and I could say she was sincere. She said she had no idea that the order was done at all and we all realized it was because of the cook. I don't know why he took such a problem with us and our order, but I could feel the hostility of him. I would also like to stress that all others were really friendly and attentive. The cook was the really rude employee. But no one offered to make a new order to replace the cold soggy burger so that we took it home. I feel very uncomfortable and I never want to go back there or to other places.

I just didn't have five guys long ago, now my stomach for the first time wore up a storm, what ever happened to me. Get the Speck Cheeseburger and Cajun Fritten if you want a natural laxative

Five guys have the best burgers in town. Post-Covid appears as if the size of the bungalows/patents became smaller, but its still worth the price. The freshly cut pommes are the best part of the meal - an order is enough for 2 people. At my last visit I ordered a big one. The staff said it was more than enough for two teenage boys. I didn't get a full cup or the usual surplus. I hope that was an exception from a new worker. If that happens again, I won't treat my family so often with Five Guys. Parking: Parking in the garage.

This five guys super clean, food super fresh, workers very professional, and courteous. The restrooms were perfectly clean. Great job manager and staff. Merry Christmas ?
