Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pearland

I had a mobile order for 3 quasadillas I picked up, came home and opened the bag to see Burritos that I thought ok, they were just filled with cheese and meat and grilled, that's good. Then I bite into them and find out that it was only meat the left of the cheese I wanted to call and complain could not get a person then the best that the customer service offered online could do was offer me Bogo vouchers.

We love Chipotle, but this place has terrible quality shells.

Small space and most places were taken. Good is good and what we expected. Food: 5/5

We took my daughter with her friends to celebrate her birthday. The service was quick and efficient a thousand times better than the Chipotle on 518 and 288. The food was delicious! (We went out our way to go to this place because the 518/288 location is so slow and inefficient. This site had less than half of the employees there, but they worked more than twice as fast.

Every table inside the restaurant was dirty as was the drink counter.. There were no napkins. The trash cans were all full. The first person in the serving line seemed to have a one word limit to his responses. Never did he smile while we were there. The second person in the serving line was cleaning the counter with gloves on then attempted to touch the cheese for my tacos with the same gloves. She was willing to change the gloves when I pointed it out but should I have had to?
