Leeward Bowl - Pearl City

Just went last night and received the absolute worst service i've ever had there. The service is normally slow and the bartenders are all of 19 years old with little to no experience. The service was worse than normal last night. Our waitress made us go behind the register to look at the POS menu then didn't even bring us what we ordered. Gave us attitude and hard time when we asked for water, darts, plates for our food, etc. While we were sitting there trying to salvage our night she kept taking away our beers before they were empty and our food before we were done. When we said something about it she replied with yah sorry can you just put your food in a container so they can wash the dishes already. Mind you it was 2 hours before closing. Went in with low expectations and left more than unsatisfied. I hope this bar stops hiring cheeky underage girls with no common sense.

Bowling alley is fun if you can actually get a lane but they get leagues a lot or they booked. The bathroom is nasty tho.. but the bar is great! My stars are based on the alley

Ordered food from the snack bar, DISGUSTING! The workers cooking and preparing the food didn't wear any gloves, touched his face then grab the food with his bare hands. I ordered the Pelehu steak, never again! Plain, rubbery, Mac salad plain no seasoning, and the worst part is he dropped the spatula he was cooking the steak with on the floor, picked it up and continue to cook my steak with it!!!

Visited Hawaii and decided to drop in for a bowling game. This place has a great bar but horrible service from the bowling employees. They don't care about customer service and only wants money. Very rude, racist and discriminating. We paid for shoes and a lane and never got to bowl even once.

Don't waste your time. They'll put your name on a waitlist and never call you. Disappointed in our vist. Customer service DEFS need work on the bowling side.
