Heavenly Bakery - Pearl

We should originally make our high-time cake from campbells bakery. they lost their cake decoration and recommended woman juanita. we have planned our cake tasting 5 months before the high season, and everything seemed good to go. I showed woman juanita photos for inspiration, and we decided on the type of cake for the high time, although the requested icing was not one of the aromes she had provided for tasting. I have reviewed many paintings before the high season with woman juanita. I confirmed that the cake would be as I asked. I requested a brown sugar bourbon buttercream on the high-time cake. I delivered the bourbon to the bakery. the high-time cake I received had a traditional butter cream. there was no brown sugar or bourbon. this was extremely disappointing because I did not receive the high-time cake I ordered. I have to say the cake itself was very humid. it was just not what I wanted. Woman juanita was aware that our cocktail hour began at 17 o'clock, and I wanted the cake there before the cocktail hour because it would be visible to the guests at that time. She arrived only 5:30 a.m. with the cake, which was good after the time the cake needed to be there. she knew from the beginning that the cake would have fresh flowers on it. Woman juanita refused to lay the flowers on the cake by stating that she did not want to be responsible for guests who are poisoned by possible pesticides on the flowers. she brought this problem before the high time, and I told her that the florist might put the flowers on the cake when she was there at the time of the florist was present. obviously the florist was long gone when she came to the cake because the ceremony was over and the cocktail hour began. at the end the high-time coordinator arranged the flowers. we had also wife juanita the cheesecake for the rehearsal. I didn't expect a cheesecake in a tinfoil pancake. I guess that's my fault not to make it clear that I actually wanted baked cheesecake. I wish the dinge had gone smooth, but that was not the case. I recommend looking at another place to make sure they get the cake as ordered and delivered in time for such an important day as a high time.

They would not recommend for special events such as birthdays, weddings etc.!
