Domino's Pizza - Pearl

Wanted to order pizza for the family so we decided on dominos. Tried to order on the app but of course it didn’t load so I had to call the number. Place the order over the phone and it was going to be ready for pick up in 21 mins. Get there 21 mins later and I give the name to the guy in the window and he says it’s being made right now which was also odd considering it was ordered 21 mins before. With it being Saturday night I suspected they were busy which is fine. Pull around and sit at the window for 20 mins and no one came to check on us or anything we had to KNOCK on the window just for him to tell us he would check on it then proceeded to never come back until we had to drive back around to the other window and he said they didn’t have an order for the name we gave and I asked him ok well why didn’t you say that to begin with so we wouldn’t have to wait any longer and he said it was under another name and by that time I was fed up and left without my pizza! This is very disappointing and extremely unacceptable. This is also not my first issue with this location. The manager cortina or corina hung up in my face after canceling my order prematurely! And I was taken off the delivery list and no one reach out to me!

I could walk to the store faster than I got my food delivered, literally. I live less than 1/4 mile from the store and it’s been 30 minutes. Last time I’m tipping.

Ordered garlic parmesean wings with a side of ranch received plain wings with ranch dressing drizzled all over them. App stated order was ready for pickup but, upon arriving, waited 20 minutes for food.

I ordered a pizza yesterday night and the pizza was no where near what I ordered. Since it was late I decided I was going to call the next day and see if there was anyway that I could be accommodated after someone just slapped cheese on a pizza with no sauce and I chose extra sauce while placing my order but Instead I was told in order for me to be accommodated they would need 35% of the pizza back which I think is **** and that I would have to call back the same day and she was also very rude about it. this is the first time that my order has been disgusting and having rude customer service I will not be ordering from this location from now on.
