Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this hotel. The parking lot and entrance are chaotic, and things only deteriorate from there. The walls are poorly patched with mismatched paint, and there are exposed wires along with random clusters of outlets. The room has a musty odor, and there are brackets on the walls with nothing attached to them. The shower feels like it belongs in a third-world country, with random spots of plaster, uneven tiles, and a shower rod that is broken at the wall due to over-torqued screws.

The staff was absolutely terrible! Our bed had stains, and the towels were dirty as well. The fire alarm down the hall kept going off all night, and our room didn't even have a smoke detector. The windows were left open with something propping them up. To make matters worse, the staff called the police on us after I complimented my wife on her beautiful hair and asked if we would consider returning. The hotel had a strange smell, reminiscent of a hospital. I definitely do not recommend this place.

I strongly advise against booking this hotel. The customer service was terrible. If you look up the address on Google, you'll see what the hotel actually looks like. The online pictures are misleading. I was denied a refund simply because I chose not to stay here. Don't waste your time.

For instance, some storage closet doors were left open, and there were stains on the sanitizer dispensers, which didn't inspire confidence in the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. That said, the bed was comfortable, and we all slept well. If you're looking for an affordable place for a quick overnight stay, it works. However, if you're seeking a nice spot to stay for a few days with good amenities, I might not recommend it.

I stayed at the hotel on June 17, 2023, and I found it to be a charming little place. As a single mother traveling with my eight-year-old son and our cat, we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The view from our room was lovely, overlooking the lake. While the hotel wasn't luxurious, we didn't require anything fancy. If we hadn't been just passing through, I would have been happy to stay an extra night to explore the lake and watch the ducks. It seemed like some areas of the hotel were under renovation, as a few amenities were closed, but I didn't need to use the pool or the fitness center anyway.
