I wouldn't eat here. I'm not sure how they would pass a food safety inspection, assuming they even do that here. The dining room was dirty, the food tasted old, and the restrooms were both falling apart and lacked basic necessities like hot water soap. No way for the guy cooking your fish to adequately wash his hands. I'm just hoping I don't get sick after eating here. I couldn't even finish my fish it was so bad.

HORRIBLE SEVICE. PATHETIC EMPLOYEES. Can't rate the food because I NEVER GOT IT. Went to the Pearl location today to pick up lunch 45 minutes AFTER they opened. Ordered. Paid. Was told by the cashier to pull up wait. I waited 15 minutes. Drove back around to the window sat ANOTHER 15 minutes before the cashier would EVEN open the window. she was standing RIGHT THERE. I demanded my money back. She told me I HAD to pull up AGAIN. Then a male manager/cook came out telling me they had JUST opened. By this time they had been open for over an hour. I REPEATEDLY asked for a refund until he FINALLY got my receipt went got me my money. NEVER IN LIFE WILL I EVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Really good service here. I was kindly acknowledged and spoken to by all three employees on shift 9/7/23 at 11:22. Very courteous and professional. Fast service and well prepared food. Great customer service.
