The service at this restaurant was terrible. As a regular poke bowl eater who loves the town center, I was very disappointed with the service here. When we walked in, there were two young girls working who were busy with a to-go order. They did not acknowledge us or greet us, and did not say they would be with us shortly. We waited for a while, but eventually decided to leave and go to the Poke Factory next to the movie theater instead. The service there was excellent and I highly recommend it.

When I'm craving sushi, this place is like a comforting home for me. I'm a big fan of their burrito, and the Pokè Bowls are just as satisfying. The food here is tasty, the portion sizes are generous, and the customer service is decent. I've always been a happy customer whenever I come here. Just make sure to double-check your order before you leave because they tend to forget my sauce on the side. As for parking, there's usually a 15-minute time limit on most spaces, and finding a spot can be a challenge at times.

I’ll start off by saying the food is great.. I eat here at least 2 times a week. Unfortunately, the only downfall to this is that is that it gets super busy during lunch time. There’s been several times that I’ve placed my order online but when I go to pick up it’s still not ready— even after 30+ minutes. This results in me having to remind the workers of my name/order, only to realize it still hasn’t even been prepared. Everyone is working hard trying get every order but I do suggest implementing a better plan for preparing online orders; maybe having a designated person only doing online orders during rush hour(s).
