No, I just placed an order at the counter and apparently my order was overlooked even though I 'm the only customer in the building. Nevertheless, I 'm enjoying my messy frappuccino although it 's dripping all over the place.
One of the best Starbucks I've been to. This place even has conference rooms that, prior to the pandemic, guests can use for free. The coffee is what you would expect from a Starbucks. Same snack menu as well. The service is excellent. The barista even humbly said she's new here and if she needed to remake the coffee she would be happy to.
This Starbucks location is always clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I typically use the mobile app to order ahead, and in my personal experience my order has always been ready on time (and I've only ever had one mistake made with my drink! . I also once ordered to the wrong location on the app, and when I showed up here (thinking I had ordered here! , they were super understanding, immediately made my order on the spot once I explained the situation, I wasn't re-charged, and they only requested that I call the location I had accidentally sent my order to so that they'd know I'd be unable to pick it up :
Zach(sorry if i spelled it wrong) Was really nice!!! He has a wonderful happy personality!!!! He made my day with his smile and cute style!!!! Took care of our order quickly and precisely!!!! And the baristas were also fast and got the order perfect!!!!
The service was awesome. Jill took our order and was not pushy or rushing. She repeated our order to us and inquired if we needed to add anything else. The food was fresh and we were served promptly. Thank you Jill for a refreshing attitude. Starbucks continue hiring awesome staff like Jill ????
