Outback Steakhouse - Peachtree City

I hadn't been to an Outback in over 10 years. Was never really a fan. Food and service was always below par. I received a gift card and was still hesitant on using it. To my SURPRISE, I had a great experience. Food and service was great. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Our waiter was attentive and prompt. Food came out in a timely manner and was hot and fresh.

Montrey was my server and he was absolutely amazing! Very nice

My steak was delicious. Super friendly staff. Great customer service. Even when my appetizer came to the table burnt, it was replaced right away.

I?m so disappointed in how Outback is steadily falling behind. I used to be impressed with their quality since they are ?just a chain?. But over the last 10 years, the quality has declined to the point of non-existent. Not only is the meat a lower quality yet more expensive, the drinks are also shameful. I understand measuring and quantity control. It?s how you make a profit BUT this, ridiculous. If you are going to short pour a customer, at least put it in a smaller glass so it?s not so blatant! Good grief ?????????? This dirty half filled glass was served to us and when we questioned it we were told it was measured and that?s how they always are. Ok, but the first one served that night to us was full so, that wasn?t true! But, even if they do measure them all, consistently, shouldn?t the standard be just a little higher? I guess I shouldn?t expect so much from a chain, I know?

My family and I went to Outback after a long six hour car ride and didn't want to cook dinner. Johnny Walker was our server and he was great! Very attentive and overall great experience. Our food was perfect. My three stars are for the cleanliness. When we were seated our table wasn't fully clean. There were bread crumbs, salt and pepper flakes on the table by the wall, so someone basically just ran a rag across the table but didn't ensure it was actually clean. We frequent this location often and there is always dust on the booths and wood partitions. A good cleaning would be great.
