Heirloom Donuts - Peachtree City

I went here the other day and ordered a chocolate covered donut. I took a bite and it tasted like how mold would taste mixed with soap. How do you mess up a chocolate donut that bad? I know your building burnt down but how hard is it to make your donuts in the store? It seems like you buy them frozen. You have two locations, yet you can't make your own fresh donuts. The little donut making station is creative though. Also the smell when I walked in kind of smells like pee and soap, so you should probably fix that. Hope y'all can improve soon so your donuts are edible! :

Friendly staff, excellent choice of donuts, they even have an option to Build Your Own donut (we didn't choose this) but opted for a few of many varieties they already had, plus tasty coffee.

Donuts are fantastic and the customer service is even better! Awesome place!

I woke up and wanted donuts, something different. So I googled donut shops and came across Heirloom donuts. When I arrived at Heirloom Donuts, I was not acknowledged/ greeted or welcomed coming into the door of the establishment. I was not sure where the line began or stopped , nor was given any type of direction as the 2 employees chitchated and waited on customers... When other customers walked in, they were welcomed. After waiting about 10 minutes, one of the employees asked who's next? I was finally acknowledged. I placed my order, and the employee who cashed me out nervously attempted to make small talk. Because he could probably read my facial expressions, I was not pleased. I answered his questions and received my purchases, but I will never patronize this establishment again. One of the donuts I purchased was stale and nasty, so I tossed it. Due to the unfriendly customer service, I wonder if serving a diverse population may be problematic and training in customer diversity is definitely needed.

Donuts and baked goods are outstanding. Service was top notch on my first visit. They also have a commercial espresso machine to make great drinks as well. The coffee cake is delicious. Very clean and nice spot.
