Friends Table Restaurant And Bar

I visit this place often, but for some reason, they never seem to get my order right. I always ask for my eggs to be scrambled very hard and my toast well done, preferably dark brown. Unfortunately, it consistently comes back barely toasted. Today, even though there was no crowd, I waited 50 minutes and my order was still wrong. I'm feeling pretty frustrated and think I'll be ready to leave soon. The waiter was friendly, but I'm not sure if I’ll return. My second order just arrived and it’s also incorrect. They might want to think about hiring a new chef.

Horrible vegan options. The menu states many dishes are able to be made vegan upon request- this is not true. The one option on the menu that is actually labeled vegan comes served with non vegan toast and no vegan substitutions are available. I would not have come here had the menu not advertised vegan options which again, is not true.

I’m so sad! I had a wonderful experience here when the location was called “Highland Bakery”, great chicken sandwich with fig and goat cheese, good enough to come back for. Drove 30 min to get here, arrived for Sunday lunch and expected a crowd, no big deal. But we were met with an unfriendly barista, unfortunate cappuccinos (that had us asking, is there any espresso in here? and a disorganized host that left us waiting over an hour while people who arrived well after were seated first. I do my best to be patient and as a former server I understand how it gets when you’re in the weeds but wow. We left. I really wanted that sandwich. The food here is good! But I won’t come again.

Great spot for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. Diverse menu and everything is always good. Owners are great people that take care of their customers. Employees are also friendly and helpful.Other than some slight menu changes, it’s the same as before when it was Highland Bakery.Parking: Open shopping center parking.

This is the best French toast I've ever tasted! The food is truly exceptional, and the service consistently exceeds expectations. Nick is fantastic every time I visit—so friendly and attentive. This place is a hidden gem. We even drive an hour just to dine here. Food: 5/5.
