They have a wide variety of cakes to choose from, and they can customize any cake to your liking. The cakes are always fresh and delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Ziggy's to anyone looking for a cake for a special occasion.

Ever since the old one closed down, I haven’t been the same, but now the stars have aligned and god blessed us with the return of ziggys and sons donuts. I can’t express how much I love this place, literally the best donuts in the region. I would recommend their classic chocolate donuts, and unexpectedly good coffee. Everything about this place is amazing, and I love that it’s back in Peabody.

I wasn’t sure if they were open and they were. I felt like I was reliving all the times I had jelly donuts with my grandfather who is polish very very polish My great Grammy was from Ukraine and ww2 drove her to run away to New York and eventually Boston where she met my great grandfather Henry j. My favorite part about the donut was the fact that it tasted homemade and the lady who sold it reminded me of my Grammy a little bit. The name also drew me to the place bc anything named ziggy is gonna be calm collective and full of taste and class god bless ziggy donut company.

So I like to shop local when I travel. I found this mom and pop bakery. They had great reviews and I love whoopie pies. The only issue is that they are closed on weekends. They are closed on Saturday and due to Covid currently closed on Sunday. I contacted them via Facebook IM. Super fast response and very nice conversation. They opened for me and only me this morning. I bought a dozen whoopie pies. A few turnovers and he threw in some cookies for good measure. I am a whoopie pie aficionado and let me tell you they were the best whoopie pies I ever had. Chocolate, vanilla and vanilla with chocolate chips all with buttercream filling. will try the other yummy goodies when we get back to florida. Thank you Ziggys and Sons Donuts for being super nice, having amazing customer service and the best whoopie pies I have ever had!!! YUM!! . If anyone finds themselves in Salem, stop in and say Mike the whoopie pie guy sent you and order a dozen or more.

I don't live nearby to visit this high-quality shop frequently, but I've heard wonderful things about it from friends who live nearby. I had to inquire about their selection, and the staff kindly listed the donut flavors for me. The owner, Patti, served me and treated me well. I enjoy supporting local businesses when the quality and taste are exceptional!
