Contribuiți la feedbackThe service we experienced was terrible. We waited in line for about 8 minutes, and there were three employees present, but no one was helping customers. To make matters worse, they didn't have guacamole, salad, or sour cream! The staff never came back to check on us, the tables were dirty, and the trash can was overflowing. It seems like more attention should be given to training the employees.
In the last 2 months this chipotle has gone down. pity because it's in a shopping center that should drive business, but every time I come here, it's empty likely because people also realized that it's terrible. service is terrible! Today has the person who makes eating in the assembly line, airpods! I had to repeat to her again and again. like hello, take your headphones out! the person at the bank did not know how to work the system that caused a jam on the line. no serviettes and if I asked for a guy in the cash, said they need to wait. with a rude ton. I had to grab the people to help me. how are the serviettes running? go to camps, all the tables were dirty. I hate to come to this chipotle.
I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money at this restaurant. During my last five visits with my family, they were out of many items. Today, when I arrived, there were two pieces of paper taped to the door explaining what was happening. I saw that 20 items were unavailable. Despite being quite hungry, I decided to go in anyway. The only thing I could order was a steak burrito with pinto beans and white rice. When I asked for double steak, the employee pretended to prepare it but didn’t actually put it on my burrito. I thought it might have been a misunderstanding, so I thought, “At least I won’t be charged for it.” But, sure enough, I ended up paying $18 for a burrito that was missing many things I wanted. Additionally, the beverage and napkin station was never stocked. I really don’t know what the issue is with this place, but they need a district manager to come in and make some changes. Regardless, this will be my last visit.
After a long day at work, I arrived only to find out I needed to return to my car to place an online order since there was no counter service. This wouldn’t be so bad if the online ordering process worked smoothly, but the pickup times are a huge issue. The app indicated a wait of 10 to 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. This isn't the first time; during my last online order, I waited 45 minutes! If they can't handle the service properly, they shouldn't excuse long wait times. They should disable online ordering during peak hours rather than the other way around, like most other restaurants do. With 25 years of management experience, it's embarrassing to see how this location is being run. They clearly cannot manage the volume of customers, and it feels as though the business doesn't care, as issues have persisted for months. For instance, how is it possible for a restaurant not to have ice in the soda machine for over two months? If you're looking for a reliable option, I recommend Spitfire Taco in Salem. They are truly open when they say they are, serve great food, and their prices are much better than Chipotle. Plus, they don’t run out of chips or serve burned, overcooked meat!
This place is a nightmare. Every time I come to eat here *something* is wrong. Staffing issues this, no ice that, card or exact change only. How is this place even still in business? Staff doesn’t really seem to care about the issues, and clearly neither does management considering it’s been like this for almost a year now. Not to mention there’s no way to speak to anyone on the phone; an unhelpful bot answers, and it makes it hard to trust this place at all.First place for worst experience. Very unlikely to be back here, and it seems I’m in good company.
