Bagel World Bakery - Peabody

Good coffee, good bagels, horrible service. It?s pretty ridiculous to see 6 workers in the window chatting with each other, on their phones and standing around during peak business hours with a line around the corner. Took 15 minutes to serve 3 cars ahead of me at the drive thru this morning. Management, you need to do better.

So fun to order something besides coffee at a drive thru! Very good sandwich options, way better Bagels than anywhere else, and pretty inexpensive too!

I picked up some bagels Monday morning and found it odd that my bill was an even number. When I got home I looked at the receipt and found that there was an error with the math. I submitted my issue to Bagel World via their website contact form and as of today (Thu, Sep.1st) I have not heard back from anyone. There is either an issue with the register that needs to be corrected immediately or there is an entry error by the employee. Either way, I need this issue

Dozen limit order in place at times, due to broad demand of fresh bagels and sandwiches on same. Line moves along. Favorite is nova lox and cream cheese on a toasted everything with bacon, lettuce and tomato with a V8 or choc milk.

Service was slow, many of the staff didn't speak enough English to complete my order without help from another staffer. Other bagel world locations were much better. Also, the bagel sandwich didn't have as much filling as I received in other locations.
