Unfortunately, both had unusual flavors, and the chorizo tasted almost like dried, ground leather. I took a few bites but ultimately left the rest; it was quite unappetizing. On a positive note, the queso dip was quite tasty, and the chips and salsa were enjoyable. The enchiladas and quesadilla with ground beef were good as well. The service was decent, but I'm sure there are better options for Mexican food out there.
The service was excellent! We were seated at the bar, and the bartender was fantastic. I appreciated that the bar offered the full menu, and the food was truly delicious.
As a food enthusiast, I enjoy exploring new dining spots. However, it's quite uncommon for me to be so impressed by a restaurant that I visit it twice within just two days. I truly loved both the food and the service here. They effortlessly arranged tables to accommodate our group of eight. I never once had to request a Coke refill, and the food was fantastic. I also confirmed with the manager that all beef and chicken dishes are halal, sourced from Restaurant Depot.
I walked in hungry and the co-owner of Amigos greeted me with a smile and a table at the bar right away. And the experience only got better! I ordered a ceviche starter as my main course and it came out of the kitchen within a few minutes. Some of the best ceviche I?ve had in months! For dessert I got a Mexican iced coffee to go. Brewed with caramel and cinnamon, it made my ride home through Boston that much sweeter! Can?t wait to return to Amigos!!!
Ummmmm my Birria taco literally had one tiny piece of meat in it ????. Also the fries were cold. Like literally the first thing I went for and it was somehow colder than room temperature. Don?t really recommend this place at all.
