Subway - Payson

When I arrived, I found the employee in charge was complaining about what he had to do for his job. Glad I ordered to go.

This site leaves a lot to be desired. Sent my order in an hour ahead and it was not ready for pick up. I had to wait for them to complete it. Poor facility!

The manager Tyler was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful towards all his female employees and customers. Whenever I asked for anything, his responses were short and curt. The restaurant was very dirty, and this was not my first negative experience there. When I finally received my food, I asked for my table to be cleaned, and was told it had just been done. I will not be returning to this establishment as I was very disappointed and do not recommend it.

I had a terrible experience at Subway today due to the disrespectful behavior of the manager, Tyler. The way he treated some of the female staff and other customers was unacceptable. I will never be returning to this restaurant again.

I just passed by the restaurant. I usually don't dine there. It's situated in the Payson Village Center.
