This is the most delicious calamari and avocado pizza I have ever had!

Slow service ordered at 6.40 got kids meals at 8.10 after complaining adult main meals after that double charged not happy ham on Parma was pizza sliced ham snitzel burnt took meals away when kids were in toilet and they hadn't finished

$30 for 4 prawns 6 muscles and a couple of scollops on a bed (half cup) of boiled rice very pricy but was ok On the upside the waitresses are funny and friendly

I believe the main issue with this establishment (based on our experience and other reviews) is that there is a section for sit-down dining and a separate area for takeout, each with its own menu. It is not clearly indicated, causing confusion. Upon arrival with my family of four, we ordered pizzas from the limited selection at the window to eat outside on their patio. Despite making it clear we wanted to dine there, we waited over an hour for our food. I even ordered a second beer during the wait. When we inquired about our order, the staff seemed confused before pointing to four cardboard boxes on the oven, claiming they had only been there for a few minutes. However, the pizzas were disappointingly cold and stale, indicating they had been sitting for much longer. The quality of the pizzas was subpar, with minimal toppings. The service was lacking, and it seemed like the staff were disorganized and unaware of basic customer service principles. Overall, it may be better to prepare your own meals in Paynesville, as this establishment, despite its high ratings, did not meet our expectations.
