Dunkin' - Pawtucket

I go to my local Dunkin every day (it's my guilty pleasure!). I usually encounter the same staff member at the drive-thru and tend to order the same thing each time. Unfortunately, there have been occasions when my order gets mixed up, which really disappoints me. Dunkin, I adore you—let's keep this relationship strong!

Since my last disappointing visit, I've noticed some improvements at this restaurant. I typically order the same thing each time: a cold brew with less ice, four sugars, and three creams. The service has also been getting better. However, I've frequently overheard some staff members speaking negatively about customers. While I can understand their frustrations, it feels quite unprofessional to hear this as a patron. Even though I never cause any problems, it leaves me wondering what they truly think of me as a regular customer.

Amazing people! I absolutely love this place. Their coffee, particularly the caramel iced coffee and caramel mocha iced coffee, is fantastic. It’s delicious every single day—so incredibly tasty!
