Casey's - Pawnee City

This restaurant really needs to update their online hours, as they were not open when their website indicated they would be. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Abby, Mellissa, and the rest of the team make this restaurant a fantastic and reliable choice. A few years ago, it seemed a bit disorganized with limited hours, but it's significantly improved since then. As an investor, I truly hope they compensate these employees fairly, as they have created a trustworthy space where you can find everything you need.

The service was incredibly slow, and there was always a lack of food available in the warmers. It took us over 10 minutes just to check out two people.

The staff at this restaurant are friendly, but the corporate management needs to do more to return the hours back to normal. Currently, it closes two hours earlier than it used to, at 9 PM instead of 11 PM, and often shuts down even earlier than that. I arrived at 8:30 PM tonight and found it already closed. There’s no excuse for a publicly traded company to not properly staff a location like this and restore full operating hours to better serve the community.

My experience at Casey's has been decent. The staff is consistently warm and helpful when I walk in. They keep the store well-stocked and make sure food is readily available. Just a heads-up: if you order pizza, don’t be surprised if it’s not ready at the expected time. Thank you, Casey's, for always being so helpful!
