Starbucks - PAWLEYS ISLAND

Chela (I hope I spelled that right) welcomed us with a warm, bright smile. She left cute little notes on our wrappers and drinks. Starbucks is fortunate to have her on their team! I wish more places had someone like Chela!

I came right before conclusion (I know I'm terrible) but the Barista was absolutely amazing! She was so fast and super nice! And I found the Mermaid Cup I had searched everywhere!!

This Starbucks location inside the hotel is lovely. The staff was very friendly, and the barista did an excellent job on my latte. There are several lovely seating areas, including an outdoor space. The place was beautifully decorated for the holiday season.

You all did an amazing job at this place! I love the energy and enjoyment that everyone seems to share. My family and I visited this past weekend and I noticed the Mad Libs poster you have up, which lets patrons join in on the fun. To the barista who adores Mary J. Blige, you have such a wonderful personality! My husband and I came by at least once a day during our stay in the city, and every team member went above and beyond to provide friendly service, making our experience exceptional. Thank you! On Sunday, my father made a special request and even bought me a drink when we checked out (a few hours later). When I arrived, you all had prepared my drink and left a lovely note. I also appreciate the little notes of encouragement you write on the lids of the cups – such a sweet touch. Keep up the great work; it truly does not go unnoticed!
