Food, service, and atmosphere were all great. The one and only drawback was the rude hostess. She could not have been more unwelcoming and unprofessional. I almost walked out before she silently seated us while rolling her eyes. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

It 's was our 39 wedding anniversary and we have lived here in Pawleys Island since 1986. So I decided to take out my wife who raised 6 children who are doing marvelous in their careers.I made the reservation Tuesday night for Wednesday at 5:00. We arrived at 4:48, walked into Chive Blossom, and was told that we couldn 't be seated until 5:00, So we went outside to the outdoor bar and were told again that we could not sit down until 5. Now we see three cars drive in and enter the restaurant and sit right on down. Time is 4:57. I returned to the bar inside to tell the woman that this was our 39 wedding anniversary, and she didn 't even have the decency to even look at me. She just rolled her eyes and said I 'll be with me in a moment. So my wife and I toke our money Elsewhere. I guess they dont serve black people.
