First with a view from her parking was absolutely beautiful! ornello met us. so friendly and welcoming! the ambiente was perfect! an old stone building. if I understood ornello correctly, parts of the building come from the 1700s. then the dinner came. in 5 or more courses. first the wine. three different weine . white, lambrusco, sangiovese. the wine bottles 2 of each were on the table for us to enjoy. all made by ornello. we had a group of 10. here we started to learn that they make so much fresh on the farm. the wine cheese, the salami, all brote. amazing1 very impressive! then all the courses started to come. three different types of pasta. my wife is vegan. they served them a vegan dish specially made for them, then a meat plate was served. ends with a beautiful Dessert-Dau wing. again all liqueurs were made by ornello. they are wonderful people. the food was fantastic and the experience unforgettable! oh and the price $25 euro per person. the only disappointment I had was that we did not spend the night and stayed in their b and got the included breakfast the next day. to stay back is their $25 euro per person . don't miss this wonderful experience! again are ornello claudia and her daughter wonderful!

The farm serves the Cessin/Tigelle cooked the traditional wise, in terracotta flows with chestnut leaves, stacked near the fireplace. the rolls are then filled with small, rosemary and garlic. the dish is heavy, and requires good amounts of lambrusco, which is slightly acidic wine typical. the region, easy to digest. this is what grows to eat in winter. it is incredibly delicious, but now hard, if not impossible to find somewhere else in the region. the place also serves other tasty and traditional recipes if they want to mix it a bit. the environment and the ambiente are fairy-tale. they will not be disappointed.

Ornello and claudia are really great people. they prepare traditional, but at the same time original kitchen. we love the art and wise how they prepare for the children a very nice place to stay at least for one night, their breakfast is also great.

My family who lives in maranello took me last night in italien and it was the perfect end for my trip! the mood was very welcoming as if we wanted to go home to a friend and that was just spectacular. so much. it also! from the unlimited vino and homemade brot and pasta to the many dressed by risotto, salumi and formaggio...words can not describe how delicious! the torta di ciocollato (warm chocolate torte) with espresso and selection of amare (local re-dinner alcohol-Dauivi) was a perfect end of the meal. I loved that they told everyone what was in it, and the health benefits of organic meal. simply perfetto! everything for 25 euro?! best meal. best night in italia! I'm back!
