La Bella Dormiente - PAVONE CANAVESE

Never ate at this restaurant and got disappointed. The cuisine is an authentic Italian cuisine and the staff is very welcoming. If you are in Ivrea area, do not hesitate to spot and have a delicious dinner or lunch. It is highly recommended.

Business lunch a little bit expensive than the average, I ate a good dish of liver and vegetables. I didn’t eat the pasta so I payed 14,50€ Many waiters for a little restaurant like this

The owners are delightful, food very good. We love the porcini pizza but all the pizza's fish and meat dishes are great. Pasta very good too. We also love the chocolate cake. Delicious and the service hospitable.

The pizza was a little dry (too much cooked, biscottata). Better fish. price conforms. I don't think I'm coming back.

During my stay in Ivrea for a business trip, I was adviced by the local collegues to visit La Bella Dormiente to eat the best Pizza in Town. It turned out to be the best meal ever in Italie for a very good (low) price. I choosed the Insalata Di Mare as starter and was surprised by the Chef with fresh fish including Mussels, on a bed of salad. Served with Garlic bread and very nice served. The Pizza was a Quattro Stagioni, served with fresh pepper slices. Large size with plenty of topping. A very good is not the best pizza ever. I ordered a bottle of Chianti and the price turned out to be very modest. The bottle was presented in a gastronomic way. I was impressed! The total price for the meal exluding the bottle of Chianti but including 1/2 liter still water and an expresso cafe was .... Eur 20, I will return next week.
