It's a shame not to be able to give our best because both the environment and the venue need to be promoted in terms of aesthetic research and cleanliness. Friendly staff. Food quality generally good. The only sore point regarding the service is the approach towards those who, like me, suffer from food intolerances and celiac disease. Having the gluten-free option and cooking in the same oven is useless. Because the risk of contamination can be high. You need to have a dedicated kitchen surface and a separate oven. Both on the phone and then at the table we were told that there was a lot of variety and that I could also order pizza with gluten-free dough without problems but if I had not personally asked if there was a dedicated oven they would have served me a cooked gluten-free dough along with other foods. It's a very serious flaw but being a person who doesn't demolish other people's work, I hope it can help improve the service. In 2024, attention to customers of all types (vegans, celiacs, vegetarians) should be a priority for restaurateurs. For this reason I will only give three stars. Sin
