Excellent wine and dishes cured and made with passion. We had the opportunity to taste the white truffle that deserves at this time! Excellent desserts. Pets allowed. Bravo
After many years I returned to this restaurant and the experience was definitely positive. Valid offer of traditional Piedmont dishes, in some cases revisited (and this I consider it a value) but always well cooked and well presented. Nice and efficient service. Price suitable for the service level offered. She deserves a visit.
The place is super cozy, the kitchen is traditional Piedmont with some revisitation. We have taken as appetizers: baccalà mantecato (consigliatissimo), a tris of raw meat (fassona, sausage of Bra and deer) and a tris of tradition (tonnate vitello, pepper with cauda wet and gallinella salad). As we first tried tajarin with truffle and duck ragù, plin with roast and chestnut dumplings with pumpkin. The first were excellent except for the truffle that was not very tasty.. As a second we took a Piedmontese mixed fried with fruit and strawberries. The fried was perfect, without even a drop of oil, crisp and tasty. We then took a tasting of desserts made by the chef. The sweets were very particular and good.
Sunday lunch in the family. Nice location. Excellent breads and grissini. Good raw appetizers (although 1cm of fois gras is a little bit bit). Notable for cooking and abundance the mixed fried. Worth the trip
Come to this restaurant and you will not regret it. Welcome, food and service at the top. I'll be back soon to try new dishes.
