Not from the region, we wanted with my companion to eat a typical local dish! At Olive we were strongly advised so we went there and we do not regret our choice! We tasted a Garbure at the entrance and then the famous Poule au Pot, which was really delicious! The dishes are rich and delicious. The wine was very good too!
