Contribuiți la feedbackLove this kiosk Starbucks. The staff is polite and quick, and Liliana who I see in the mornings is always amazing. It can be busy, but she clears that queue so fast it's impressive.
Worst customer service! And they weren’t even busy!! No help at all with a rewards i had, girl at the front just said it didn’t work. Didn’t try again nor tried to take a look at it. Made the drink, looked at me and didn’t even tell me that my drink was ready. Continued to do whatever it was she was doing. And drink was made extremely sweet! And no cold brew. Beyond disappointed! Wouldn’t go here. These ladies were terrible!!!!!!!
I like getting my coffee right before I start shopping, they get my order out faster than any other Starbucks I know, but I have to take 1 star off because they lack consistency.
Staff was friendly, and usually Starbucks takes a hot minute but they were pretty quick
You go in and have to order the kiosk... understandable. You have like 5 or 6 employee s working and not one How are you? Be right with you They were focused on the driveThru. Had ppl coming up to the counter waiting to place an order when you couldn't. Not one word was said by employees.. I had to explain they had to order at the kiosk..I waited at least 10 to 15 mins for my order.. when it came down to getting my order I was just number 215.. No thank you.. have a nice day.. and on top of that they shorted me a Taco.. Management plz retrain your employees the importance of customer service...I'll drive to Fishkill Taco Bell for now on.. They have good customer service and my order is always complete..I hit the wrong button this is for Taco Bell In Carmel...Sorry Starbucks you guys are great!
