Mcdonald's - Patterson

Recently, I have been using the restaurant's mobile app to place my orders. I find that the orders are more accurate this way. The drive-thru line at this location is constantly long, so I find it more convenient to order through the app.

The wait time for curbside pickup has increased from under 5 minutes to now 5-10 minutes. This used to be the quickest option, but now I often see cars in the drive-thru getting their orders before I receive my curbside order, even if we arrive at the same time.

My family and I visited McDonald's and were appalled by the manager's behavior. He was incredibly rude to everyone, shouting at employees and customers alike. My child was frightened by his behavior and we had to leave. It was clear that the manager had crossed a line and I felt sorry for the mistreated employees. I hope corporate takes action to address this issue. I will not be returning to this location and I do not recommend bringing your family here.

During our visit to Patterson, we decided to give the McDonald's a try. The food was freshly prepared and the service was pleasant and accommodating.

Restrooms are never restocked with no tissue service workers not nice they are mean and shouldn't be the front face if your not gonna make the costumer feel welcome honestly..
