Burger King - Patterson

I've been visiting this Burger King for about 10 months now. As I commute to San Francisco for work, I've found it to be a convenient spot for a quick breakfast. Each visit has been a positive experience; the food is consistently fresh, hot, and tasty. More importantly, the staff has been outstanding every time I stop by. While I've seen some negative reviews about this location, my experiences have been quite the opposite. I believe the manager's name is Erika, and I see her as a fantastic leader and a valuable asset to the Burger King brand. A big shoutout to Erika and her team! Thank you all for becoming an essential part of my day.

Every single time we visit they are out of something. Meat, shakes, fries. That is understandable, but the the service is unacceptable. They cut you off when you try to order and they sound so annoyed whenever you try to complete the order. Please hire friendlier staff.

Slowest fast food EVER! No joke, took nearly a half hour to get two kids meals. My kids lost their minds waiting.

This is the 4th time I've come to this burger King. Each time they have out of ranch,chicken, gave me the wrong order, served cold food. I am disappointed because I love BK. I Tried to give them one more chance and they let me down today. Can't wait for McDonald's to finish their renovation and open up.

They must be rationing the food or something. What a sad excuse of a burger... and why does the meat look like that.
