A bucket of chicken ordered for pickup. You said it would happen in 15 minutes. I was there in 12 years to find out they sold our bucket of chickens to someone else. People were rude. Not recommended to stop here

Well, this restaurant failed again. I wanted to drive you for lunch. Since I'm ready to order girls just tell me so you know it's just cash or card. Great I have cash, but not exactly change. Thanks for nothing. Only bad MANAGEMENT!!! Turlock A

I didn't want French fries, but an A7 with cheese curds. I was told that I had to get the fries and that I could not replace them for cheese herbs and pay the difference. Never again!

The plant was dirty. The guy in the line caused the dining room to tear the pot. We love A W, but this franchise really needs a deep, deep cleaning.

Stopped here ?quickly? on our way home. Woman at the window was rude and unprofessional. Did not repeat order, nor give me a total. Not to mention, had us pull around to the parking lot and wait for our order for over 20 minutes! Also, when we finally received our order it was not correct or complete. My husband had to go in and correct the order to get the rest of the items. I have now been sitting in our car for over a half hour waiting. Inside, he still has not been helped. We will not be visiting this establishment again!
