The owners have great staff working for them.

Every restaurant has two sides: the kitchen and the front of house. This place has some talented folks in the kitchen and they deserve 5 stars. The food is really good. It is the only reason we return. While this may be an unfair generalization we think the management is a bit racist. With the exception of two genuinely nice and attentive bus guys (one is a lovely older man), both Hispanic, the wait staff is comprised of the most disenchanted young white women we've ever encountered. The bus guys should be waiting tables and serving food. These girls should be taking the drink orders and bussing the tables.
Patterson's favorite restaurant. Since expansion and change of owners, not sure if it is still my favorite, but I haven't eaten there very often since the changes.
I've been to this location more than 5 times now. I'm rating it 4.6 only because there's tiny details that have nothing to do with personnel at the times I've visited and most likely are more about labor shortage or market growth beyond forecasted need. The most notable experience was myself and one of my lead installers came in after a hard fought day and we were celebrating the win. I had told Chelsea that this was the case and I wanted to order a nice spread so that we could cover some favorites and some recommendations by her at the time. She made sure that the timing was perfect and Hermes was top of his game at the same time. If we were scoring individual performance, they each had to be a strong 9.5 out of 10. My associate still tells the story of that evening less for the service and more for the steak and appetizers and sides. Which was again another 9 out of 10. It's obvious that management and ownership take pride in your experience as well as quality of product to include the cleanliness of the facility itself, quality of the ingredients, and quality of the personnel along with their own brand standards. The menu was a little large for profitability in my humble opinion but very eclectic and not too vanilla. Very good all around
