The Social Offline Family Cafe - Patna

A new restore in Kadamkuan. Taste is very good. Rate is appropriate. You can come here with the family to enjoy various range of Indian and Chinese veg and not veg foods. Shakes are also available. The staff is polite and humble.

Thought this was a restaurant when I went there but it turned out to be worse than a dhaba. It was small, had very bad service (which is expected because there was only one server), and the food took forever to arrive. When we ordered some other items, it was again taking an eternity to arrive and so we had to leave with a half filled stomach. And to top it off, even the food wasn't good. Some people weren't even getting the menu 15 minutes after they had arrived and so they left out of frustration. In the end, they even miscalculated our bill (which was of Rs 225 and they calculated 255). Honestly it was the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant, and I would not recommend it.

I went there to have a nice dinner with my family, but it came out to be a disaster. Never had this much bad experience in my life in a restaurant, I'm really feeling pity for the only one waiter and only one cook present there. So the service was really bad , as there was no one to pay attention to the customers. At the end I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I am writing this review just for people who read this would be spared from a terrible experience.
