This place last week visited my family and it turned out to be the worst eating experience of my life. buffet khaana hai to ab or bbq jaao, galati se bhi do not visit here. problems: teller are dirty, old cracked until no grill, no welcome drink in the starter they served only 3 chicken items, 1 fish item, wiper baby mais. all tasted worse, fried food was served. No one asked for the second main course: only 3 4 dishes, all were tasteless, briyani was little manageable. Bad buffet in patna. a thought. agar aapko buffet khana hai to barbeque nation or absolute barbeque jaie. in the main and desert areas there was nothing fresh. we were one of the few customers but the service was super slow. no one asked about the second service. Kofta were stone-resistant, so were the baked. I never go back.

All the food was damaged, I need refund. cheap type of packaging and zomato tal has not delivered properly

The place sucks because the staff is so ungrateful. We kept waiting for 30 mins and there was no service. The plates kept on the table were dirty and we asked to replace them and one guy comes with melamine plates. They were even dirtier. I had to walk to the outside of the restaurant to find the manager and when she came to check, the waiters insulted her, so there was no reason for us to stay back. No one even came to stop us as if they were happy that the only set of customers left and they did not have to work. Food is really very bad. Dont go here. We went to Patna today. Wanted to have a great buffet. Was confused between barbeque nation and pukhtaan. Chose pukhtan bcuz i have been to barbeque nation many times before. N regretted my decision like anything. Loads of items ..but once u taste one item, you will not eat it again. It was so bad. Tasteless, not cooked properly. Imagine eating raw chicken! In the entire starters menu, there was only one item which we had twice !! Main course pathetic. Couldn't eat even a single piece of fish or chicken. Even desert pathetic. I generally dont waste food... But when the taste is so bad, u cant just swallow it.
