The Grand Hotel & Restaurant

I recently had two meals at the Grand Hotel in three days. They serve authentic Mallu cuisine, and I couldn't get enough of dishes like the Chilli Beef fry, Prawn Biryani, and Allepay fish curry. The restaurant is clean, popular among locals, and a must-visit for Mallu food enthusiasts.

I had to reserve 3 rooms for a trip from Delhi to Pathankot. One of the rooms was not up to par, but after expressing my concerns, they upgraded the room and made sure we were comfortable. The rooms were equipped with AC and were clean. Don't hesitate to voice any issues, as they were quick to resolve them and ensure we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, and they were accommodating in fulfilling special requests. They even went out of their way to prepare a cold coffee for my daughter, despite it not being on the menu. I would definitely stay here again, especially since booking directly offers better rates. Overall, a great experience and I would return if I find myself in the area again.

We had a stay at the grand hotel. Nice rooms, good atmosphere and food was too yummy.especially butter chicken that was amazing.

Yesterday, our family and friends gathered for dinner at the Grand Hotel. The presentation of the food was quite good and the dishes were delicious. The interior of the hotel was impressive and the staff was polite and efficient. The food orders arrived quickly. The cake and ice cream for dessert were particularly tasty. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

You are taken in by the name Grand which is a famous brand . Experience is not at all satisfactory . Restorant is spacious but upkeep is not good . Food was terrible and we could not eat and left . Governor Amolak Rattan Kohli
