Good crispy chicken, crispy fries, good quantity of sauces, mayo and coleslaw. Delivered on time. Never expected this in Pathanamthitta. Keep up the good work

Happened to try out Bell Pepper randomly after a quick online search as I had a fairly big take away order for a gathering. I have never expected such an outstanding quality of broasted/fried chicken in Pathanamthitta(Over 15 people who ate it had the same viewpoint). The chicken was well cooked, juicy and tasted authentic. Fries and coleslaw was excellent and the chick pop was outstanding. Moreover the way the management responded to my requests over phone and whatsapp and keeping my order ready on time was impressive. Pricing was reasonable and pocket friendly.Keep up the good work and never compromise on this quality. Will order again for sure.

For the meal to be enjoyable, there are multiple parameters to be considered: 1. Taste I ordered Shawarma, Fish Pop French Fries. All were good quantity was more than expected. This is the first Shawarma in Pathanamthitta I had where the chicken did not feel dry. Fresh fries were as good as KFC's. 2. Price Very affordable as all 3 cost me Rs. 260 which was unexpected. I made payment through QR scanning. 3. Service this is the parameter where they have to improve. The ordering process the time taken ddi not feel great. 4.
