Ya Mal Alsham - Paterson

This is literally the best shawarma I’ve had in the US. We even ordered sandwiches and travelled with them and they still tasted amazing the next day!

The quality of authentic Shawerma in the US improved significantly in the past few years. Shawerma is one of the dishes Arabs most miss from back home. Personally I believe that Syrians are the masters of the authentic Shawerma. This Syrian place impressed me with the flavors and quality. I can now say that there are places in the US that serves shawerma that tastes exactly like the Shawerma back home and this place is one of them. I can’t wait to be back.

The chicken shawarma is where it's at! My husband usually prefers the meat shawarma, but he really liked the chicken here. The side of fries was huge (we couldn't even finish) and they were very tasty! We've been talking about this restaurant since we left. They do have indoor seating as well.

Family owned restaurants feels like home. The food is great and the portions are big. 5 stars!

One of the best shawarma in north jersey. Comfortable and unpretentious ambiance, quick and attentive service. This family owned business never failed to deliver quality food either for takeout or dine in. Their shawarma is one of best! Plus portions are very generous.
