Dunkin' - Paterson

There are some customers who try to get a free sandwich or scam the restaurant. Some come looking to cause trouble and create a negative atmosphere instead of just getting their food. Some customers also struggle with using the Dunkin' App. However, the employees deserve credit for their hard work.

I ordered a frozen coffee but received hot chocolate instead. I don't understand how they could mix that up when there was no one else in line. It was a terrible experience.

The food has a strong chemical taste, reminiscent of oven cleaner. I suggest that the girl working in the drive-thru window apply lotion to her extremely dry and ashy hands. There is concern that pieces of dead skin may be falling into the coffee or food during packaging. This critique is not intended to be mean, but rather to address cleanliness concerns.

The quality and the service of their food is very poor compared to all other dunkin places I have been to. They cut corners and give bad food to people. Even same order of bagel with cream cheese and tomato with cheese sandwiches here taste dad compared toall other Dunkin places and not to mention about their water down drinks.

The worst Dunkin? Donuts I ever been to the lady with the black short hair she?s so rude and nasty never got the order right!! NEVER AGAIN
