Dolce Amaro - PATERNO

With friends visiting the surroundings, we stopped at this bar in the centre of Paterno for snacks half a day. Wide choice of both sweet and salty. Barman very attentive to customers.

This is the result after the cake was kept in a cold room for a couple of hours. I have no words!

I attend this place at breakfast and lunch, every day or almost. DOLCEEAMARO is a bistro bar whose members, endowed with courage outside the commune, have had the ambition to create a place exquisitely far from the typically Paternese context, context that certainly offers little, and that little is really mediocre. DOLCEEAMARO therefore stands out, so that it seems almost not to be in Paternò. Great yeasts served at breakfast, excellent pastry and rosticceria. Light lunch for those who simply love to feed, as well as food, even sun rays that illuminate the square in the Sicilian winter myths. Always very kind and professional service. I also recommend the place for the aperitifs. Consummations can be served outside in the pretty tables placed in the square, inside the same bar, or in the pretty dehor in front. The local managers, on request organize catering for events. Keep going.

What do you mean?! A welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff, attentive to every need. Very good cocktails, not to mention the pastry that is the top, never eaten so good desserts.
