Hot Head Burritos - Pataskala

Later, the GM, Tracey, called me. At first, I was confused, but he was thorough in wanting to understand what went wrong. He mentioned that next time, he would make sure we received two free burritos as a gesture of goodwill, which was great because we order from them more than we probably should. It was nice to see that they not only issued a refund but also offered to comp our next two burritos. I want to clarify that when I say the food was inedible, I don't mean it was rotten; I have never had an issue with the food being fresh at this location. Overall, this Hot Heads is the best one out of the few I have been to.

Great Experience. I’ve been to several other hot heads and wasn’t very impressed. Decided to try it again today. Food was by far the best I’ve had for this chain. My family and I go to this restaurant every Sunday after church. Jamie is always so friendly and attentive. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect. Keep up the good work! Overall, we rate this restaurant a perfect 5 out of 5 in all categories.
