Gardenia - Passo del Tonale

FANTASTIC HOTEL, SUPER SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES!!! We stayed a week at the Gardenia hotel for the third time... and it was a pleasant confirmation!! The common areas are immense, excellent swimming pool and spa, fantastic rooms, with wooden furnishings and floors (we had a superior room), excellent services. The options at meals are plentiful and varied, there is also always a dedicated menu for children, we have even had to change something during meals, and we have always been indulged!!! For those who ski, they have a brand new ski room complete with customized lockers, with boot warmers, glove warmers and helmet warmers. Furthermore, although the lifts are very close, there is a shuttle service throughout the day that goes back and forth to and from the hotel, just call and they will come and pick you up!! The entertainment service and mini club are also fantastic!! What can I say to , we will definitely be back!! Thanks for the immense availability to the owners Elena and Carmen!! Incredible service by Ouma and the team. This was our 2nd stay and have already booked a third ! The wellness Centre is a must to see. Swimming caps must be worn in pool or jacuzzi. 4 star hotel for me Among the strong points there is certainly the Spa, divided into a wellness center and a swimming pool area: Turkish bath, wellness programs, hydromassage, swimming pool and sauna make everything truly well equipped. Another strong point is the menu full of local dishes starting from breakfast and ending with dinner, very satisfied. The evening and night entertainment was very pleasant The daily transport service to the slopes, continuous and with great availability from the shuttle driver Therefore, analyzing the sides that created discomfort for me, I cannot fail to mention the small space reserved for the lockers (absolutely very functional given that they are equipped with internal heating) but unfortunately not very spacious, as in my case, in the locker (designed for the double room) Two snowboards couldn 't fit together, which is a big shame because the structure is really well made. We were positively surprised with our stay at the hotel. Deserves more than 3 stars. Very clean, rooms are a bit outdated but well-maintained. Variety of options for both breakfast and dinner. We didn't like all the dishes we got, but during the week we got a variety of local options and they seemed more homemade than restaurant-style. I loved that experience. Never left hungry and the desserts were amazing. The hotel bar is also nice and reasonably priced. For some reason you need to have a swimming cap. It's not a sports pool so I was surprised I need a cap in a spa. Not a problem, just better pack it. Relax in jacuzzi overlooking the mountains after a day of skiing was definitely a nice experience. We had a wonderful week. The family suite was amazing, clean, lovingly furnished and super comfortable. Excellent dinner and breakfast, always plentiful and with excellent variety. Phenomenal heated ski storage, finding everything dry in the morning is wonderful. The top animation, Elena, Claudio and Amalia are true, very skilled professionals.
