Mexico Deli - Passaic

The Mexican food here is incredibly authentic and fresh! The service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable given the portion sizes. While there aren't many vegetarian options, their vegetarian tacos were outstanding! The server was very generous and even offered me a sample of the Hibiscus drink. The $2 tacos are a fantastic deal! I will definitely be back.

Now, about the food: it’s absolutely delicious! I tried the Tacos Al Pastor, Chorizo, Carnitas, and Bistec. Each was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The wait for the food is definitely justified, and the prices are very reasonable. With great service, tasty food, and friendly people, this place is a must-visit!

We tried several dishes: - **Cueritos (Pig Skin)**: This was interesting; I enjoyed the gelatinous texture, but I would have preferred it to be a bit more tender. - **Cabeza (Head Meat)**: OMG, this was so tender and delicious—definitely our favorite! - **Buche (Pork Stomach)**: It was okay; I’ve had better. - **Suadero (Meat from Between the Belly and the Leg)**: This was tender and quite good. - **Al Pastor con Piña (Marinated Pork with Pineapple)**: This was tasty, but I think I’ll skip the pineapple next time! - **Lengua (Tongue)**: It was alright. - **Tripa (Cow Stomach)**: This was good. Overall, a fantastic experience with some standout dishes!

Stick to the tacos and you?ll enjoy. Fries, too oily, steak sandwich too oily, burrito immediately fell apart upon picking it up. Onion side dish was good as was the cactus. Tacos were awesome and only $2 each.
