This restaurant, themed around a museum, offers high-quality food in a family-friendly atmosphere at affordable prices. The staff provides a warm welcome and allows customers to bring their own wine since alcohol is not available for sale on the premises.
The restaurant opens at 18:00 and quickly fills up, so arriving early is recommended to secure a table before 19:30. By 21:00, the restaurant closes its doors to customers for the night. Despite its simplicity, the restaurant prides itself on its lack of alcoholic beverages due to the difficulty of obtaining a liquor license. However, guests are welcome to bring their own drinks to enjoy with their meal. The staff at L'Ancre d'Enize are efficient and friendly, providing quick and easy service. The fish soup is a standout dish, bursting with flavor and leaving a lasting impression on diners. The homemade bread served at the restaurant is also a highlight, adding to the overall dining experience. With a price of 20 witches, the value for the quality of food and service is exceptional. Don't miss the opportunity to visit this quaint and charming seafood restaurant for a taste of history and delicious cuisine.
We visited this restaurant for lunch and tried their Menu of the Day, which was delicious. We were treated to a small play during our meal, which added to the enjoyable experience. It was mentioned that some politicians were in attendance and the play may have been for their entertainment, but everyone in the restaurant seemed to have a great time. If you're near the museum, this restaurant is a great choice for lunch.
First we go to discover the historic site of pasbébiac that really worth the detour and the complete visit (at least 2 hours of stop). but we discover a restaurant bring your wine that offers gaspé recipes. attention there is not often cod on the menu (according to the waitress), but the beard replaces it very honorablely. Other delicious dishes: fish soup in 2 formats, sea fruit shell and other dishes for non-fish. nice restaurant, simple and pleasant service. the only flat is the price for the noon that is about the same as the evening, but the quality and quantity of the food is irreproachable. We save on the red or white shot. to be fully recommended. We ate there on noon.
