Black Rock Coffee - Pasco

Roasters has rebranded to Black Rock Coffee. They offer a conversion chart where customers can order their old favorite drinks in the Black Rock style. I ordered a Milky Way with extra caramel, but what I received was nothing like it, and there was no extra caramel. The drink tasted terrible and there was chocolate syrup on the side of the cup instead of caramel. To make matters worse, the prices have increased. I am extremely disappointed.

Not bad...white rocket with extra shot 24oz..5.75 no bad price. people are always beautiful that work there.

I used to love this restaurant when it was a roaster. I'm not sure what has changed since Black Rock took over, but the quality of their coffee has gone downhill. I can't pinpoint if it's the coffee itself or just a lack of flavor. I'm disappointed and no longer enjoy it. If I can find another coffee shop that offers a place to sit (aside from ones that I avoid due to dietary restrictions), I will switch.

The worker at the window was extremely rude. I do not know their names, but this occurred earlier on Friday. They had black hair and thick black false lashes. The coffee they gave me was so hot that I couldn't even hold it or touch it, so I asked them to take it back twice. After almost dropping it themselves, they finally took it back. Their demeanor was rude, with a dead face and tedious eyes. The situation only improved when a different employee took over. However, the same rude girl returned later. I had three terrible service interactions with her, and I will not be returning to this restaurant. Every time a supervisor or coworker had to intervene because of her rudeness. It seems that retraining does not help in her case. Not only will I not be returning, but I will also be sharing my negative experience with others. Having a bad coffee is one thing, but receiving it with a loose lid and being too hot to touch is another. The workers did not offer to provide a sleeve or a second cup, or even offer to remake the coffee when I requested it. They seemed to not care about their mistake at all. No smile, no thanks, just an eye roll towards a coworker. It's unacceptable.

Love getting coffee from here the staff are nice and talk with me every time.
